Neglected Experiment

your_local_grubdogWith the Halloween event wrapping up, there's a lot of eggs in Dragon Cave's abandoned pile that have very short cool downs. As in, I just snagged 6 eggs that have ~8 hours remaining. So, with my shiny new golden trophy, I see no better time to give a Nelegted Experiment a shot.
For anyone new to or unfamiliar with Dragon Cave, Neglected Dragons are special dragons you get by starving eggs of attention until the very last moment. Despite the name, they require a lot of care and effort to get LMAO. Killing the egg is very likely. Experiments are attempts to create a Neglected.
An egg with just 8 hours is perfect for an experiment. I'll hold onto it, and then put it in the hatchery at 1 hour remaining. See what that does. I know there's guides out there that will give me more fool-proof plans at getting a Neglected but... I kinda just want to fuck around for my first attempt.
EDIT: Egg hatched anyways, perhaps due to getting too much attention from the abandoned pile beforehand.... May need to rethink this, or just try again...
